【摘要】 目的 探讨健康教育对糖尿病患者糖代谢的影响。 方法 采用问卷调查的方式，对本院社区98例糖尿病病人健康教育前后空腹、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)及有关知识掌握程度进行对比研究。 结果 教育后患者空腹、餐后2h血糖及HbAlc均有不同程度的下降，患者对糖尿病相关知识的掌握程度也有所提高。 结论 系统且适宜的健康教育可以显著地提高糖尿病病人对疾病的认识水平和自我监护能力，有利于血糖控制;定期进行健康教育是多数糖尿病病人的需求，有助于2型糖尿病患者糖代谢的改善，是一种重要的辅助治疗措施。
