【摘要】 中医学之典籍、文献，过去并没有“尿失禁”之专病名称，仅限20世纪80年代后才有近代中医做了一些研究，因此笔者进行了系统文献回顾，并对两者的特色及优势和不足做了比较，从三方面来理解:(1)认知方面;(2)思路方面;(3)治疗手段方面。提出个人之观点，试图搭起“中西医结合治疗女性尿失禁”之桥，期望众多的中老年女性尿失禁患者能获得妥善治疗、早日康复。

    【Abstract】 In the Ancient Chinese Herb Medicine Books and Documents，there is no such medical term as“urine incontinence”.Only after1985there was some research on this subject done by some modern Chinese Herb doctors.The author undertook systematic documents review and made comparison of the characteristics，advantages，disadvantages and insufficiencies between the two.I presented my own personal view on this subject from3directions:(1)Recognition，(2)Way of Thinking，(3)Method of Treatment，trying to build up a bridge of“the new way of com-bining the Chinese Herb Medicine with Western Medicine”.The author is in the hope that many middle or elder female urine incontinence of patients will be able to get suitable treatment and recover from their illness soon. ......
