【摘要】 目的 探讨骨折患者的护理方法和健康教育的模式，以提高骨折患者的痊愈率和生活质量。 方法 对2002年1月～2003年12月在我院住院的126例骨折患者，根据患者的个体差异采用不同的教育方式，实施各有关的健康教育内容，观察其对治愈率及并发症的影响。 结果 126例患者均能尽快适应角色转变，配合与支持各种治疗和护理措施，痊愈率达97.6%，仅2例出现肺部感染，1例泌尿系感染外其余未发现并发症。 结论 对骨折患者采取卫生宣教、心理指导、饮食指导、体位护理等健康教育护理措施可明显提高患者的治愈率和生活质量，减少并发症。
