【摘要】 目的 分析20例脑干肿瘤三维适形放射治疗的初步结果。 方法 2000年10月～2002年11月采用三维适形放射治疗脑干肿瘤20例，成人剂量56～64Gy/6～7周，儿童剂量50～56Gy/5.5～6周。 结果 放疗后症状、体征改善18例，1年生存率85%，2年生存率55%，3年生存率30.94%。 结论 三维适形放射治疗是脑干肿瘤治疗的一个探索方向。患者预后与多因素有关。
