【摘要】 目的 探讨利培酮对精神分裂症患者生活质量、精神症状的影响。 方法 对符合CCMD-3诊断标准的精神分裂症患者，使用利培酮治疗随访6个月，观察该药对精神分裂症患者的生活质量，精神症状和效果指数的影响。 结果 (1)6个月观察发现，利培酮对患者生活质量的影响，除生理领域、精神支柱外均明显地提高(P<0.01)。(2)利培酮对精神分裂症患者的PANSS总分、阳性症状、阴性症状和一般精神病理症状经6个月的治疗后均非常明显的改善(P值均<0.01)。 结论 利培酮有利于改善精神分裂症患者的社区康复功能，有利于患者重返社会。
