【摘要】 目的 通过CT观察脊柱结核骨质破坏的方式。 方法 回顾性研究1995年4月～2001年6月经手术、穿刺活检及抗结核治疗后复查证实的脊柱结核连续性病例105例的CT资料。全部病例均行CT平扫。 结果 骨质破坏方式归纳为4种:溶骨型(51例)，碎骨片型(43例)，骨膜下型(8例)和局限溶骨边缘硬化型(3例)。以溶骨型破坏最常见(48.6%)。 结论 CT能明确显示脊柱结核骨质破坏的方式，为制订治疗方案提供有价值的信息。
