【摘要】 目的 通过研究中药疏肝汤(SGT)对人体淋巴细胞转化率(LTR)的影响，准确地评估SGT对人体免疫功能的影响。 方法 应用全血淋巴细胞培养法，在适量血凝素的作用下，检测不同浓度的SGT对LTR的影响。 结果 各种浓度的SGT对LTA都有一定的影响，特别是在0.25～0.06g/ml浓度范围内影响更为明显，P<0.01，差异有显著性。 结论 在试管内SGT可明显提高LTR，在实验设置的浓度范围内，随浓度的降低SGT对LTR的促进作用不断加强。
