【摘要】 目的 初步研究中药藤黄抗肿瘤作用的机制。 方法 从细胞增殖周期特异性、和细胞凋亡二方面就藤黄酸对人肝癌细胞系Bel-7402的抑制作用进行研究，并观察藤黄酸对细胞微管蛋白的影响。 结果 藤黄酸对Bel-7402细胞的抑制作用表现为细胞增殖周期特异性，无明显诱导细胞凋亡的作用。 结论 藤黄酸可抑制微管蛋白聚合，影响微管形成。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the anti-tumor mechanism of gambogic acid.Methods The effect of gam-bogic acid on liver cancer lines Bel-7402was studied by proliferation cycle and apoptosis and on canaliculus protein was observed.Results The inhibiting effect of gambogic acid on Bel-7402cell cycle particularity，but couldn't in-duce the cell apoptosis.Conclusion The gambogic acid could inhibit polymerization of canaliculus protein.
