【摘要】 目的 分析脾脏占位性病变超声图像特征，提高对少见脾脏占位性病变的认识。 方法 回顾分析1991年6月～2004年7月39例经手术及病理证实的脾脏占位性病变患者的临床资料。 结果 39例脾脏占位性病变中，脾脏良性肿物30例，其中脾囊肿7例，脾脓肿3例，脾血肿10例，脾血管瘤7例，脾梗死3例;脾恶性肿物9例，其中淋巴瘤4例，脾转移瘤5例。 结论 超声检查对脾脏占位性病变具有较高的诊断价值。
