【摘要】 目的 通过对蝎毒部分毒素多肽对白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及其白细胞介素-2受体(IL-2R)生物学活性影响的研究，进而探讨蝎毒蛋白的免疫学效应。 方法 采用凝胶层析分离东亚钳蝎部分毒素多肽。分离后分别添加到培养的昆明小鼠外周单个核细胞中， 3 H掺入法及免疫荧光法检测给药前后单个核细胞中IL-2活性及其受体表达的情况。 结果 蝎毒部分毒素中组分Ⅱ，Ⅳ能明显增强小鼠外周单个核细胞IL-2活性及增加IL-2R的表达(P<0.01)。 结论 东亚钳蝎蝎毒部分毒素中的某些组分对白细胞介素-2活性有显著影响，提示这些组分可正向调节小鼠的免疫学功能。

    The effect of partial peptides from scorpion venom on IL-2activity in mice

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the immunological effects of partial peptides from scorpion venom by means of assay of IL-2and IL-2R in mice.Methods Gel chromatography was applied to isolate partial peptides fraction from crew scorpion venom.Four parts of peptides were taken and then added into cultured monocytes respectively. 3 H isotope and immunofluorescence microscopy were conducted to determine IL-2to activity and IL-2R expression lev-el.Results FractionⅡandⅣvenom peptides can increase IL-2activity and IL-2R expression level compared with blanking control group(P<0.01).Conclusion These results suggested that some fraction peptides from scorpi-on venom had crucial effects on IL-2and IL-2R in mice for which may improve immune functions. ......
