【摘要】 目的 研究精神病患者自杀现象，为预防提供依据。 方法 收集患者的社会人口学及临床资料进行归类分析。 结果 本组资料显示，中年、婚姻状况较差、第一次患病后5年内、有阳性家族史、病前性格内向固执、精神病性症状及恢复期自卑无助等是发生自杀行为的危险因素。 结论 预防精神病患者自杀重点应放在发病初期和症状缓解回归社会初期。
