【摘要】 目的 探讨逆行股前外侧皮瓣在修复膝部及小腿中上段严重软组织缺损中的临床应用。 方法 对9例膝关节附近软组织缺损的病例，采用逆行股前外侧皮瓣修复，皮瓣面积最大28cm×15cm，最小6cm×9cm。 结果 8例皮瓣完全存活，1例部分存活，随访12～36个月，皮瓣质地优良，外观及功能满意。 结论 逆行股前外侧皮瓣较好地解决了膝部及小腿中上段软组织缺损修复难的问题，该皮瓣切取方便，旋转弧度大、面积大，能满意地修复膝部及小腿上段软组织缺损。
