【摘要】 目的 探讨直丝弓矫治器在恒前牙脱位中的临床疗效。 方法 恒前牙外伤移位患者23例，采用直丝弓矫治器固定12例，采用牙夹板固定11例，对两种固定方法的疗效进行比较。 结果 采用直丝弓矫治器固定的12例病人中，固定的总牙齿数是21颗，成功21颗，失败0颗;采用金属牙弓夹板固定的11例患者中，固定的总牙齿数是16颗，成功13颗，失败3颗，对两种固定方法的成功率进行显著性检验，P<0.01，两者间差异有非常显著性。 结论 直丝弓矫治器固定外伤恒前牙的疗效可靠，操作简便，值得推广应用。
