【摘要】 目的 探讨全肠外营养支持(TPN)在食管癌贲门癌围术期中的应用价值。方法 通过70例食管癌贲门癌围术期中应用全肠外营养支持及50例食管癌贲门癌围术期中应用普通输液进行比较，测定两组病人围术期中营养指标变化及营养前后免疫功能变化。结果 应用全肠外营养支持病人术后无严重并发症，未发生吻合口瘘和深静脉栓塞及败血症。结论 应用全肠外营养支持能提高食管癌贲门癌术后各项营养指标，改善病人营养状态及各项免疫指标，提高了手术耐受性和术后恢复速度，是食管癌贲门癌术后安全有效的营养支持方法。
