【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻泪管、泪道逆行插管治疗泪囊炎、泪道阻塞的疗效。方法 采用鼻内窥镜电视显示下鼻泪管、泪道逆行插管治疗慢性泪囊炎、泪道阻塞共31例。其中慢性泪囊炎24例，泪道阻塞7例，并对所有病例进行随访观察。结果 在31例中，治愈30例，治愈率达96.7%。结论 鼻内窥镜电视显示下鼻泪管、泪道逆行插管术，具有直视、操作简单、组织损伤小、无皮肤切口、疗效肯定等特点，因而是对具有鼻内窥镜设备的医院治疗慢性泪囊炎、泪道阻塞的首选方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of patients with chronic dacryocystitis using silicon pipe inˉsertion from nasal lacrimal conduct under nasal-endoscopy.Methods 31cases with chronic dacryocystitis(24casˉes)and obstruction of the nasolacrimal duct(7cases)were carried out silicon pipe insertionfrom the nasolacrimal duct under nasoendoscopy.Results 30cases in this group were cured and there was no serious complication.Conclusions The therapeutic procedure are easy to learning and effective for chronic dacryocystitis and obstuction of nasolacrimal duct. ......
