【摘要】 目的 评价T1FLAIR作为T1成像序列对颅脑肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 对30例颅脑肿瘤增强前后的T1FLAIR与T1SE图像进行定量分析。结果 T1FLAIR较SE序列有更好的灰质-白质、肿瘤-背景和肿瘤-脑脊液之间的对比度及对比度噪声比，能有效抑制脑脊液的信号。结论 T1FLAIR是一个有价值的序列，可在颅脑肿瘤T1加权成像时选用。
