【摘要】 目的 探讨脉冲乳化方式在超声乳化术初期阶段的应用。 方法 对131例150眼白内障在乳化晶状体核时选用脉冲频率6～10次/s，线性控制能量，依序分三阶段进行分析所用超声能量、乳化时间以及并发症情况。 结果 超声能量和时间随手术不断熟练而逐渐减少和缩短，主要并发症为后囊破裂10眼(6.67%)，角膜水肿18眼(12%)，虹膜咬伤5眼(3.33%)，大多发生在最初15例中。 结论 超声乳化术中选用脉冲乳化方式对于初学者或处于转型过程者具有安全、易快速掌握的优点。
