【摘要】 目的 探讨中草药治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的方法和疗效。 方法 选择单疱病毒性角膜炎48例(50眼)，根据病程和病情程度应用:浅层角膜炎用中药熏眼，口服普济消毒饮加减，上皮基本修复后，或深层角膜炎用四物汤加味，对合并葡萄膜炎者用还阴救苦汤加减治疗。 结果 4周临床治愈82%，好转14%，无效4%，有效96%。 结论 单疱病毒性角膜炎，可采用中药熏眼，口服普济消毒饮加减、四物汤加味、还阴救苦汤加减辨证施治。
