【摘要】 目的 探讨应用彩色多普勒对眼后段外伤患者的检查在临床上的诊断意义。 方法 应用彩色多普勒二维成像特征及血流显像对不能用眼底镜检查的眼后段外伤39例患者进行检查。 结果 球内异物14例(金属异物11例，非金属异物3例)，其中13例球内异物显像，1例微小球内铁质异物不显像;玻璃体混浊或出血13例;外伤性视网膜脱离9例;眼球后段穿孔及破裂伤2例;晶体脱入玻璃体1例。 结论 眼后段外伤伤情严重、复杂，彩色多普勒作为无创伤、可重复、直观性强、准确率高的检查，可作为后段眼外伤的辅助诊断方法之一。
