【摘要】 目的 对博莱霉素治疗新生儿颈部囊性淋巴管瘤的疗效进行总结。 方法 本组病例共20例，均为新生儿颈部囊性淋巴管瘤患儿。将博莱霉素分次注入淋巴管瘤囊腔内，每次剂量为0.3mg/kg，每周1次，总量不超过5mg/kg，观察瘤体变化以及伴随症状，连续观察3周。 结果 瘤体缩减率:0～1周(42.4±2.1)%;1～2周(48.6±3.1)%;2～3周(52.6±1.08)。伴随症状:主要为发热，随用药次数增加，发生率逐渐降低。 结论 博莱霉素囊内注射治疗新生儿颈部囊性淋巴管瘤，是一种安全、有效的非手术方法。
