【摘要】 目的 探讨计算机摄影(CR)在急诊床边摄影中的应用价值。 方法 对357例共512张床边CR摄影与194张传统屏/片摄影(TP)分别进行比较。 结果 CR明显提高了急诊床边摄影的质量，降低了重复摄影的几率，降低了辐射剂量，为患者的诊治争取了时间。 结论 CR比TP在急诊床边摄影中具有更高的应用价值。
