【摘要】 目的 评价福安特注射液对小鼠S 180 和3LL瘤株的抗肿瘤活性作用，为临床应用提供依据。 方法 采用荷瘤小鼠作为移植性肿瘤实验动物模型。同性别，体重17～19g，接种肿瘤后随机分组，每组10只。实验设正常对照组，环磷酰胺阳性对照组，福安特高、中、低剂量组，共5组。每天定时给药，正常对照组每天注射等量生理盐水，连续14天。 结果 福安特可影响S 180 和3LL肿瘤的生长速度，瘤体积缩小，瘤体重量减轻，抑瘤效果较明显，抑瘤率分别达41.57%和42.39%。 结论 福安特对S 180 和3LL荷瘤小鼠具有一定抗肿瘤活性作用。
