【摘要】 目的 探讨经阴道水压分离全子宫切除术的手术方法。 方法 术中在子宫颈周围间隙先行用含有1∶1000肾上腺素的生理盐水注入黏膜下水压分离。 结果 本组99例经本术式治疗均获满意效果。术中出血少，术野干净，解剖层次清晰，不易损伤膀胱、直肠及周围组织。 结论 经阴道水压分离全子宫切除术是一种安全、有效、损伤小、费时少、恢复快的术式，符合微创原则的手术方法。
