【摘要】 目的 总结卵巢上皮癌Ⅲ期术后联合化疗效果。 方法 对37例卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤减瘤术后分别应用PC与PAC两个化疗方案联合化疗效果进行分析;完成3个疗程化疗后，总结治疗效果。 结果 手术均为最大程度的减瘤术。术后各化疗6个疗程，应用时间长短不等。临床效果有差异。 结论 PC化疗方案化疗效果好、毒副作用小，且经济、实用，值得推广应用。
