【摘要】 目的 探讨中老年妇女尖锐湿疣(CA)的传染途径、临床特征及复发率。 方法 将65例女性CA初发患者随机分成两组:A组33例，年龄45～68岁;B组32例，年龄18～28岁。所有患者均单独用CO 2 激光治疗。 结果 A组的复发率为87.88%，B组的复发率为56.25%，两组复发率差异有显著的统计学意义(χ 2 检验，P<0.05)。 结论 中老年妇女CA患者合并其他疾病多，被动就医的多，复发率较高，由配偶传染及间接传染的比例较大，应加强对这一特殊群体生殖健康性行为的教育，不能忽略。
