【摘要】 目的 探讨带锁髓内钉内固定术后常见并发症发生的原因及护理干预措施。 方法 随访64例股骨及胫骨带锁髓内钉内固定术后的患者，并分析发生并发症的原因。 结果 术后4个月主钉折断1例，10个月锁钉松动4例，8个月骨折延迟愈合2例，术后1年骨折不愈合1例、膝关节僵硬1例。 结论 嘱患者避免过早负重，正确指导功能锻炼，做好出院指导等护理措施，可减少带锁髓内钉内固定术后并发症的发生。
