【摘要】 目的 调查云南大姚彝族中学生的月经初潮状况及其对生长发育的影响。 方法 主要采用问卷调查及测量身高、体重的方法进行研究。 结果 云南大姚彝族中学生的月经初潮年龄平均为15.08岁，15岁及16岁以上年龄组，已来月经及未来月经者身高、体重差异有显著性(P<0.01及P<0.05)，尤其是15岁组月经初潮年龄与体重、身高呈正相关关系。 结论 云南大姚彝族地区中学生月经初潮年龄较晚，实施青春期健康教育的最佳时机应在初中三年级。
