【摘要】 目的 了解近年来上海市医院用药变化情况及发展趋势。 方法 根据上海地区47家医院用药分析系统收集的1999～2003年资料进行统计分析。 结果 销售总金额2003年比前4年有大幅增长;各大类药排序相比变化不大;销售金额排前10位的药品中抗生素逐年减少;进口药增幅减小，国产药增幅逐年增大，而合资药增幅趋于稳定。 结论 上海市医院用药金额仍处于上升阶段;用药趋势与“医保”改革有着密切的联系。
