【摘要】 目的 回顾性探讨乳腺癌术后放疗产生放射性肺炎的相关因素。 方法 1999～2004年426例乳腺癌术后患者行放射治疗。 结果 发生放射性肺炎37例，与放射野面积、化疗等有关。 结论 照射野面积、放疗后化疗及肺部基础病变增加了放射性肺炎的发生率。

    Correlation factor analysis of postoperative radiation pneumonitis in breast cancer patients

    【Abstract】 Objective To identify the correlation factors of postoperative radiation pneumonitis in breast can-cer patients.Methods A total of426breast cancer patients received postoperative radiotherapy.Results 37pa-tients developed radiation pneumonitis.Close relationship was noted between incidence of radiation preumonitis and field size，chemotherapy.Conclusion Irradiation field size，concurrent chemotherapy and lung disease history can increase the rate of radiation pneumonitis in breast cancer patients.
