【摘要】 目的 探讨经尿道电切术联合吡柔比星治疗腺性膀胱炎的方法及疗效。 方法 对32例腺性膀胱炎患者经尿道电切后行吡柔比星(THP)膀胱灌注。 结果 32例中，临床症状完全消失22例，好转7例，复发3例。 结论 经尿道电切联合THP膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎是一种可行有效的方法。

    Combining the transurethral electrotomy and intravesical instillation with pirarubicin in treatment of cystitis glandularis:a report of32cases

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the method and result of intravesical instillation of pirarubin(THP)com-bining with transurethral electrotomy in the treatment of glandular cystitis.Methods 32patients with glandular cysti-tis were treated with intravesical instillation of pirarubicin after transurethral resection.Results 32cases were all fol-lowed up.The clinical symptom of22cases disappeared and8of32cases were alleviated.The recurrence occurred only in3cases.Conclusion Combining of the transurethral electrotomy and pirarubicin intravesical instillation is ef-fective against local recurrence of glandular cystitis. ......
