【摘要】 建立与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的现代化医院是新世纪的客观要求，也是军队医院建设的基本方向。新世纪服务模式的创新对医疗卫生服务的影响推动着医学卫生事业的跨越式发展。建设军队基本现代化医院，观念创新是前提，构筑人才高地是保证，信息化、自动化、规范化是条件，管理科学化是关键。
