【摘要】 目的 探讨胆囊结石与胆囊切除术与大肠癌的关系，且重点探讨与女性右半结肠癌的关系。 方法 回顾分析了我院外科收治465例大肠癌的临床资料，并作对照分析。 结果 胆囊结石或胆囊切除术患者，大肠癌发生率显著高于对照组，且好发于女性右半结肠。 结论 胆囊结石和胆囊切除术是结直肠癌，尤其是女性右半结肠癌的高危因素。
