【摘要】 目的 通过对通络片制剂生产工艺的改进，观察本制剂对促进成人胫腓骨骨折术后愈合的临床疗效。 方法 根据我院自制的通络片组方中各药材的不同质地及不同的有效成分，分别进行提取，临床观察分治疗组与对照组进行比较。 结果 治疗组愈合率优于对照组。 结论 自制通络片治疗胫腓骨骨折愈合，疗效确切。
