【摘要】 目的 了解实习期间医学实习生考研的学习动机，为其实习管理提供依据。 方法 采用分层整群抽样法，运用修改后的鲍西尔6种学习动机量表对4年在我院实习的军、地医学院校本科生进行问卷调查。 结果 在实习生学习动机调查问卷中，“获得文凭”得分最高，“提高工作水平”、“服务社会”、“认知兴趣”和“社会交往”得分其次。其中，在“社会交往”和“逃避与刺激”两种问项中军校生与地方生差异有显著性。结论 管理者应围绕医学实习生的考研学习动机加大激励与督导，以确保实习质量的拓展与提升。
