【摘要】 目的 建立肝速康胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。 方法 高效液相色谱法(HPLC)，流动相为甲醇∶0.4%磷酸溶液(90∶10);检测波长为210nm，柱温40℃。 结果 齐墩果酸线性范围为0.42～2.52μg，平均回收率98.28%，RSD为2.05%。 结论 方法可靠、简单可行，为控制肝速康胶囊的内在质量提供了科学依据。
