【摘要】 目的 探讨一种新的残指重建手术。 方法 对6例外伤后残指患者进行残指牵张性新骨延长形成术。 结果 手术共进行8次，其中数例辅以虎口加深。通过辅助手术，可进一步改善重建术指功能。并发症包括钉道感染、疤痕形成。 结论 牵张性新骨延长术是残指重建的一个可行方法，与其他方法相比，手术具有微创性，方法更简便、更安全，并发症更少，值得推广。
