【摘要】 目的 总结前牙喇叭口状残根的修复方法。 方法 对77个前牙呈喇叭口状残根用复合树脂重塑根管，纤维桩加复合树脂形成桩、核，金瓷冠或全瓷冠修复。 结果 经过2～4年临床观察，成功70例(90.91%)，失败7例(9.09%)。 结论 呈喇叭口状前牙残根，在完善的根管治疗基础上，用复合树脂重塑根管，纤维桩加复合树脂构建桩核后冠修复是恢复残根生理功能的有效方法。
