【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜子宫切除术式的临床价值。 方法 对腹腔镜协助阴式子宫切除术(LAVH)178例、腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术(CISH)59例进行回顾性分析。 结果 LAVH、CISH二组的手术时间分别为(96±41)min、(79±35)min，CISH组的手术时间明显少于LAVH组(P<0.05)。出血量分别为(298±104)ml、(225±117)ml，CISH组的出血量明显少于LAVH组(P<0.01)，两组术中均无肠道及输尿管损伤，但两组术后病率及术后出血CISH组均明显高于LAVH组。 结论 两种术式均可作为临床子宫切除的术式之一，对于一个初试开展腹腔镜子宫切除术的医院，解决好CISH术的术后出血和感染问题可使腹腔镜手术更加安全而推广。
