【摘要】 目的 研究活乐胶囊对大鼠的降血脂作用。 方法 分别以100、200、400mg/kg·bw剂量(相当于人体推荐量的5、10、20倍)的活乐胶囊给大鼠连续灌胃30天，然后测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量。 结果 活乐胶囊能降低大鼠TC含量(P<0.01)和TG含量(P<0.01)，提高HDL-C含量(P<0.05)。 结论 活乐胶囊具有降血脂功能。
