【摘要】 目的 观察吸入丙酸氟替卡松治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效和副作用。 方法 咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿78例，分成2组。A组41例，吸入丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂125μg/d，疗程6个月，同时口服盐酸丙卡特罗1μg/kg，2次/d，疗程2周;B组37例，口服盐酸丙卡特罗1μg/kg，2次/d，2周后减量至0.5μg/kg，1次/d，总疗程6个月。观察咳嗽消失时间和FEV 1 %、PEF%、支气管舒张试验检查结果、病情复发情况及药物不良反应。 结果 A组在咳嗽消失及FEV 1 %、PEF%、支气管舒张试验改善方面均明显优于B组(P<0.01)，且无复发，未发现药物不良反应。 结论 吸入丙酸氟替卡松治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘安全有效。
