【摘要】 中药标准化和中药知识产权保护作为中药现代化的两大核心内容，是很多具体工作的技术参照和法律保障基础，有相辅相成的作用。本文提出了我们应该将中药标准化与中药知识产权保护联系起来思考，共同探讨发展中药现代化的策略建议。

    【Abstract】 As two core parts of the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine，standardization and intel-lectual property protection of TCM may advantage each other.This paper suggests that we should join standardization and intellectual property protection of TCM together to make some development tactics on modernization of TCM.
