【摘要】 目的 探讨乳腺叶状囊肉瘤的诊治方法。 方法 回顾性总结1975～2004年间经手术及病理证实的乳腺叶状囊肉瘤31例。 结果 乳腺叶状囊肉瘤发生率2.0%(31/1523，95%CI=2.9%～6.9%)，<14岁少女占83.9%(26/31，95%CI=71.1%～96.9%)，未婚女性占90.3%(28/31，95%CI=84.6%～95.4%)，良性肿瘤占90.0%(36/40，95%CI=85.3%～94.7%)，单纯肿瘤切除率80.6%(29/36，95%CI=68.3%～93.7%)，术后复发率16.7%(5/30，95%CI=9.9%～23.5%)，术后乳房发育正常率82.1%(23/28，95%CI=74.7%～89.3%)，婚后哺乳功能正常率85.7%(24/28，95%CI=79.1%～92.3%);手术死亡率0(0/31)和随访死亡率0(0/30)。 结论 乳腺叶状囊肉瘤是一种少见乳腺肿瘤，绝大多数为良性，多见于少年女性，及时肿块切除，治愈率高，复发率低，术后乳房能正常发育，婚后不影响哺乳功能。
