【摘要】 目的 探讨促肝细胞生长素、金双歧和童康片三药联用在治疗小儿肝功损害中的作用。 方法 应用随机对照方法，将不同病因引起的180例转氨酶增高患儿分成3组，分别为促肝细胞生长素组(对照组A)、金双歧联用促肝细胞生长素组(对照组B)和促肝细胞生长素、金双歧和童康片三药联用组(治疗组)。 结果 对照组B降低ALT、AST的作用和对照组A比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组降低ALT、AST的作用与两对照组比较，疗效差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。 结论 促肝细胞生长素、金双歧和童康片三药联用治疗小儿肝功损害有显著疗效，且明显缩短疗程。
