【摘要】 目的 探讨颞下颌关节紊乱病的新发病因及药物治疗效果。 方法 155例功能性颞下颌关节紊乱病病因探询及下关穴咀嚼肌神经封闭治疗加其他药物治疗效果。 结果 临床病因探询发现颞下颌关节紊乱病的病因还有未知病因，提出咀嚼肌神经、关节体液紊乱(障碍)为新发病因。 结论 应用2%利多卡因加曲安奈德注射液作下关穴封闭咀嚼肌神经加用肌松药、镇痛药对功能性颞下颌关节紊乱病疗效良好。
