【摘要】 目的 观察静脉应用地尔硫控制老年快速室上性心律失常的疗效及其安全性。 方法 66例老年快速室上性心律失常患者被随机地分为地尔硫组(34例)和毛花苷C(西地兰)组(32例)，观察用药后心室率和血压的变化。 结果 地尔硫组对老年快速室上性心律失常有效率91.2%，毛花苷C组有效率78.1%，P<0.05，心室率平均下降幅度分别为32.3%、28.8%，地尔硫组最大效应时间为(7.8±2.5)min，毛花苷C组为(28.6±6.5)min。地尔硫组2例分别出现无症状低血压和窦性停搏，均可自行缓解。两组均无心功能恶化。 结论 地尔硫能有效、迅速、安全控制老年快速室上性心律失常。【关键词】 快速室上性心律失常 老年人 地尔硫 毛花苷C
Clinical effect of intravenous diltiazem on rapid supraventricular arrhythmias in elderly patients

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous diltiazem for treatment of rapid supraventricular arrhythmias in elderly patients.Methods Sixty-six elderly patients with rapid supraventricular ar-rhythmias were randomly divided into two groups;diltiazem group(34cases)and cedilanide group(32cases).Heart rate and blood pressure were observed.Results The total efficacy rates were91.2%and78.1%respectively with a mean decrease in heart rate by32.3%and28.8%of the baseline in the two groups ......
