【摘要】 目的 了解娱乐场所服务小姐艾滋病相关知识知晓程度，危险行为特征和性传播疾病感染状况，探讨针对该人群的干预策略。方法 选择佛山市某区部分娱乐场所，运用问卷调查对娱乐场所服务小姐进行面对面问卷调查，同时采集血液标本进行HIV、梅毒感染状况检测。结果 共调查271名娱乐场所服务小姐，艾滋病传播途径知识的总知晓率为81.28%，艾滋病预防知识的总知晓率为79.2%。92.3%有从事商业性性行为活动，性行为时安全套的使用率较低，每次都用的占59.4%，从来不用的占7.4%。1.8%有吸毒史。 结论 应在娱乐场所服务小姐中进行性病、艾滋病知识的健康教育和行为干预，预防性病、艾滋病的传播和流行。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the knowledge of STD/AIDS，the character of high risk behaviors and the prevalence of STD/AIDS among recreation place female servers(RFSs)in order to explore intervention methods.Methods RFSs were interviewd face-to-face using designed questionnaire in some recreation places in Foshan city.HIV and syphilis antibody testing were conducted among RFSs at the same time.Results The awareness rates of STD/AIDS transmission and prevention knowledge were81.28%and79.2%respectively among271RFSs.92.3%of RFSs were sex workers.The rate of using condom was low，only59.4%reported consistent use and7.4%never use.1.8%RFSs take drug.Conclusion It is urgent to implement health education and behavior intervention among RFSs to control STD/HIV transmission and prevalence. ......
