【摘要】 目的 探讨外周动静脉同步换血治疗新生儿重症高胆红素血症的临床效果。 方法 对23例重症高胆红素血症新生儿进行肱动脉—外周静脉同步换血治疗。 结果 换血后患儿胆红素水平下降显著，血清未结合胆红素由换血前532.6μmol/L降至换血后264.5μmol/L，换血过程顺利，术中血压及其他生命体征稳定。 结论 外周动静脉同步换血方法简单，操作容易，安全高效，可替代传统的脐动静脉插管换血。
