【摘要】 目的 探讨TR-FIA测定HBV标志物结果的可靠性。 方法 采用TR-FIA二步定量法与EIA一步定性同时检测HBV标志五项指标，对两种方法结果进行统计对比分析。 结果 TR-FIA法与EIA法测定HBV标志物结果基本一致，对比组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。 结论 TR-FIA法定量测定HBV标志物，检测结果准确稳定，具有良好的应用前景。
