【摘要】 目的 探讨原发性非小细胞Ⅲ期支气管肺癌N 2 病例的手术疗效及治疗方法。 方法 手术切除347例非小细胞Ⅲ期肺癌术后生存率统计及术后细胞学分析。 结果 根据淋巴结转移部位，单组或多组淋巴结转移从而制定治疗方案，采用化疗—手术—化疗或加放疗，减少肿瘤负荷及转移，提高疗效。 结论 非小细胞肺癌的治疗应以切除病灶为主的综合治疗。
