【摘要】 目的 探讨玻璃体腔注射多巴胺对鸡剥夺性近视眼发生发展的作用。 方法 32只来亨鸡分为1个对照组和3个实验组。在出生后的第7天，遮盖眼玻璃体腔分别注射10μl生理盐水或10μl不同浓度的多巴胺溶液(低浓度0.1mmol/L，中浓度1mmol/L，高浓度10mmol/L)，注射每3天1次共5次。2周后取出眼球，测量眼球的重量、赤道部直径和眼轴长度。 结果 实验组与对照组相比，实验组眼球重量的比值和眼轴长度的比值在中浓度组(P<0.05)、高浓度组(P<0.05)显著降低。眼球赤道部直径的比值有降低的趋势，但是在低、中、高浓度组差异都无显著性。 结论 玻璃体腔注射多巴胺阻断眼内机制所致的眼轴长度的变化，而对中枢调节作用所致赤道部膨胀无作用。
